I mean, it's like fine if you have people over until like 4 talking or whatever, but, like, that's what the living room is for, not the awkwardly-shared bedroom. For future reference, of course. If I really cared and it mattered last night I would have come in and said something [or, more to the point, fallen asleep]. Plan for tonight: camp out in the bedroom at midnight to prevent socialization being a problem. Bah! That Tim fellow is usually here Saturdays making things gooey and dragging Woman around.

If only I could enforce a rule that all guests depart at 2am [ideally, midnight, but I have to be, alas, realistic]...
