science is about repeatable results. though i agree with hume that induction is logically untenable, i can be fairly well convinced by repeated trials. but not by singular events!

alice! the dateline on that post is monday, probably monday morning. detective work would show then that this is most likely posted in the aftermath of a weekend of scientific experimentation. le week-end!
and, by the way, it was a highly productive weekend on the networking front. it didn't really turn up any good leads, but networking will always end in some positive benefit.
