a list of treatment options tried.

1. staying off it: impractical, worked while it was possible.
2. getting it stepped on: Me: "My foot hurts." Woman: "Let me step on it." Me: "Umm, that really won't work, but, okay." ... Me: "That didn't work."
3. walking around for several hours: let me just say that didn't work at all.
4. tequila shots: after walking around for several hours, they really hit the spot. impractical as a long-term cure.
5. pious application of holy water: current treatment, combining with #1 and possibly #4, will update later on results.
